What does it take to win on the global stage in 2026?
At National Retail Federation Big Show 2026, our Founder & CEO Vic Drabicky posed this question alongside retail leaders Elizabeth Preis (Victoria’s Secret & Co.), Jennifer Yue (Tapestry), and Shane Grenley (MANGO).
The takeaway was clear: growth starts with focus. The brands winning today know exactly who their customers are and communicate their values consistently.
We heard that firsthand on stage. Elizabeth shared how inclusivity fueled Victoria’s Secret’s transformation. Shane pointed to Mango’s rapid U.S. expansion, with 50 new stores opened in just 18 months. And Jennifer spoke candidly about how Coach learned from past mistakes and sharpened its focus on Millennial and Gen Z customers instead of trying to reach everyone.
