Our Leadership

Founder & CEO

Vic founded January Digital in 2012 with a mission to improve the lives of its people, clients, and community. He serves on the board of Genesis Women’s Shelter, as well as Google’s Agency Leadership Council and the NRF Digital and CMO Councils. He regularly speaks at industry events including Shoptalk and NRF Big Show and is frequently quoted in publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Business Insider.

President

With 20+ years leading brands including Lilly Pulitzer, Travelocity, Chevrolet, and Match.com, Sarah oversees growth, marketing, consulting and HR. She is an Adweek 50 honoree, RETHINK Retail Top Executive of 2026, Strategic Advisor to Shoptalk, Groceryshop, ThredUp, and Rebel Nell Jewelry, and Chairperson of the Board of Lutheran Settlement House, a Philadelphia nonprofit.

SVP & General Manager

Nick leads January Digital’s agency division, bringing two decades of senior strategy experience from PMG and Dentsu-Aegis across brands including Burberry, British Airways, Disney, and Beats by Dr. Dre. A key contributor to 6 Cannes Lions wins and named an Adweek Media All-Star in 2024, Nick brings deep expertise across full-funnel media, premium video, and commerce strategy.


Chief Operating Officer

With 20+ years driving business strategy, JB heads up operations, technology, and product at January Digital. He previously served as President of North America at Sociomantic Labs, Chief Client Officer at iProspect, and VP/GM at Range Online Media, and is a Yale School of Management EAMP graduate.

 

Good Works

Improving the world around us is a core portion of our mission statement and, through our Good Works program, we have donated more than $250,000 and 30,000 hours back to our communities. There are three aspects to our Good Works program:

We devote at least one workday per month to those in need in our community.

Employees are empowered to help anyone in need, at any time, at any cost with JD’s reimbursement.

Money

Between our Christmas Challenge, where employees are encouraged to leave a $100 tip to those working on the holiday, to the January Childcare Center we built at Genesis Women’s Shelter, we are dedicated to supporting our community.
